WHAT'S IN THE BOX Cedarwood Essential Oil Item #3509 Cedarwood essential oil feels like a walk through a beautiful forest - warm, welcoming and calming to the senses. This oil is unique in that it helps the brain go from high/moderate frequency waves (excited or working) to lower, slower waves (meditation, sleep), making it a great choice for supporting sleep.

  • Make a Sweet Dreams sleep roller with 20 drops each Lavender, Cedarwood and carrier. Apply over to the big toe, bottom of the feet, neck and behind ears before bed or more frequently as desired.
  • Make these Sweet Dreams Bath Salts to use before bedtime: mix 1 cup magnesium flakes, ½ cup epsom salts, 10 drops each Lavender, Cedarwood essential oils. Add to a glass jar and mix well.
  • Diffuse this oil alone or with Lavender to support sleep.

Peace & Calming Essential Oil Item #3398 Peace and Calming is one of Young Living's most popular blends, and for good reason! Peace and Calming is a unique blend of Tangerine, Orange, Ylang Ylang, Patchouli, and Blue Tansy that will surely become a favorite in your family to relax and calm emotions. This oil can signal overtired and overworked body systems that it is a safe space to release stress and defenses and setting into a peaceful, calm emotional state.

  • Diffuse in all bedrooms at night to promote restful sleep.
  • Rub drops on wrists or back of neck to promote a calm, relaxed state. This is a great way to help tired children wind down busy bodies and minds after active days
  • Apply Peace & Calming to the bottoms of feet at night as part of a bedtime ritual for your whole family.
  • Add 4–5 drops to 1 cup of Epsom salt for a centering bath at the start of the day or as part of a calming evening routine.
  • Diffuse alone or with Lavender and use in a roller as desired.

Relaxation Massage Oil Item #3037 Relaxation Massage Oil combines the soothing essential oil scents of Lavender, Tangerine, Ylang ylang, Coriander, Bergamot, and Spearmint for maximum relaxation anytime you need it! SleepEssence Item #4760 SleepEssence is an incredible sleep supplement that combines Lavender, Vetiver, Valerian, and Ruta essential oils with melatonin—a natural, well-known sleep aid—in a softgel vegetarian capsule for easy ingestion. It's a natural way to enable a full night's rest, which helps our bodies process stress and mitigate the negative consequences.

  • Take 1–2 softgels 30–60 minutes before bedtime.
  • For extra benefits, apply Relaxation Massage oil and Stress Away as well. Also, fire up your diffuser with Release and Lavender!

RutaVaLa Roll-on Item #4471 You say sleep, I say RutaVaLa! This blend of lavender, ruta, and valerian will make a believer out of anyone. The scent isn't the most popular (hello valerian!), but trust us when we say that applying this roller to the bottom of your feet (especially the big toe!) will help support sleep in the most incredible way. If you don't love the scent, just put on some socks!!

  • Apply RutaVaLa before bedtime to encourage a restful night.
  • Massage it into your neck and shoulders to unwind and decompress after a long day.
  • Keep this roll-on by the bed to use in the middle of the night if you wake.

Lavender Essential Oil Item #5590 Lavender is synonymous with rest and relaxation, so this oil is a no-brainer when it comes to sleep! Lavender is a gentle oil with a calming effect on everything from our respiratory systems, to our skin, to our emotions.

  • Use Lavender as part of a bedtime routine by rubbing it on the bottoms of your feet and diffusing it next to your bed.
  • Calm down for bedtime with a gentle Lavender massage. Mix 1 Tbsp carrier oil with 5 drops of Lavender and gently massage legs, arms and back.
  • Add 10 drops of Lavender to 1 cup of magnesium flakes or epsom salt to a bath to create a relaxing environment. We also love adding Peace & Calming or Cedarwood to the mix!

Endoflex Vitality Item #5623 Our thyroid and adrenals are crucial when it comes to sleep. The balance of these hormones affects melatonin (and so much more!), so supporting the entire endocrine system is a great way to support sleep!

  • Endoflex is a blend of Spearmint, Geranium, and other essential oils that supports healthy thyroid function, hormones, metabolism, and adrenals - the entire endocrine system!
  • Add a roller top to your bottle and apply daily over the thyroid (front of the throat), kidneys and adrenals (lower back), and bottom of the feet 1-2 times a day (or more for more acute support!).
